Upon contacting Roger, he promptly scheduled an appointment to assess our stove the following morning. Unfortunately, we had also been experiencing issues with our microwave, as it seemed our appliances preferred to fail at the same time. Roger arrived promptly and conducted a meticulous examination of the stove, ultimately identifying a faulty relay on the control board. He then proceeded to diagnose and repair our microwave, which had been intermittently malfunctioning due to a problematic sensor. Despite the extended duration of his visit, Roger remained composed and professional, even as frustration began to mount. We are eternally grateful for Roger's heroic efforts and will absolutely reach out to him should any future appliance issues arise.

I had a problem with my Maytag fridge where it stopped cooling and the front display went blank. Fortunately, I had a spare fridge in my lower level and decided to call Roger the next day. His service was impressive, he showed excellent workmanship, and he had a professional demeanor while attentively listening to my concerns.
