I reached out to schedule a removal for a mattress and box spring. They confirmed the appointment time and called me on the appointment day to let me know they were on their way. However, I waited for 30 minutes past the scheduled time and decided to call them to confirm if there was any delay. The representative informed me that the team has arrived but claimed that they knocked and received no response. I have three dogs, and I work from home, so I am positive they were at the wrong residence. Furthermore, the mattress and box spring were placed outside and upright, making them hard to miss. Despite the poor service experience, customer service remained kind and helpful. I may not recommend this service, but I appreciate the efforts of the courteous staff. Therefore, I would still rate them mildly.

Although expensive, it was worth every penny! Managed to schedule a pickup for the very next day. The truck arrived on schedule, and the service was both rapid and courteous, with an air of professionalism.

Johnny and Jake were excellent in updating me about the expected arrival time and completing the task promptly. The only downside is that we believed we were charged a higher fee as the load was small, and we had already taken the legs off the couches and stacked them up before their arrival.
