About
Greetings! My name is Jennifer Koch-Chelly, and I am a two-time Top Pro rated trainer at Clients First Fitness and Travel. My career has been driven by my passion for health, fitness, and education, which has helped me assist numerous clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. I have over a decade of training experience, including three years as an Elite Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, and hold six certificates in health and fitness, including yoga, weight loss, and competition training. Additionally, I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, using my education, passion, and creativity to create personalized and effective training programs.
My goal is to help our members achieve life-long dreams of health and fitness which is why I come to work seven days a week! Our Personal Training packages include benefits such as mobile scheduling applications, private fitness centers, group travel trips, a private CF Fitness and Travel Mobile Application, access to private changing areas, showers, and free WiFi.
We offer various Training Packages tailored to your needs and budget, with prices ranging from $320 for 8 sessions to $1600 for 40+10 free sessions.
As for certifications, I am a Personal Fitness Trainer for National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), Personal Trainer for the National Council of Sports & Fitness (NCSF), Weight Loss Specialist for National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Core Conditioning Specialist for NESTA, Physique & Figure Training Specialist for NESTA, and Sports Yoga Instructor for NESTA. Additionally, we offer Personal Training for $40 per session, Couple Training for $60 per session, and Travel to Train services for $40 plus variable charges based on time and distance traveled.

Jennifer is an extremely professional trainer who is always punctual and quick to respond. Although my time in Houston was limited, I had the opportunity to work with her for a few sessions and came very close to achieving my fitness goals. She taught me a lot that I can use to continue training on my own, and was happy to address any questions or concerns I had about sports equipment. Due to the pandemic shutdown, I only began working with Jennifer recently, resulting in limited interactions. However, I can attest that she is a sincere coach who is equally committed to our fitness objectives. Whenever I required adjustments to my schedule or workouts based on equipment availability, she responded promptly. Furthermore, Jennifer followed up on my progress regularly.
