Our staff was very pleased with Shawn's training and found him to be an excellent trainer. His focus on communication and conflict resolution was well received and my staff was so enthusiastic that they even reached out to ask if he could come back to discuss topics that he wasn't able to fully cover. Shawn was highly effective in engaging our staff in the development of these critical areas, and we are very grateful for his expertise.
