At our place, they replaced a toilet. However, during the first installation, the toilet to be mounted got damaged while being transported. The serviceman was courteous and put back our old toilet and agreed to return with the replacement. They completed the task perfectly and left the area spic and span. We plan on employing them again for any future plumbing issues.
