I submitted a thorough list of three projects, complete with pictures, and received a prompt reply from Scott. Rather than simply quoting prices, he took the time to ask questions about our needs and scheduled an in-person consultation for the following morning. Scott even called half an hour before his arrival to give me an estimated time of arrival and arrived on time, ready to work. He methodically assessed each project, providing honest advice and identifying potential complications. For example, he inspected a malfunctioning toilet and diagnosed the issue with precision. Our second project involved a gouge in the bedroom drywall. Scott carefully explained our options and the potential downsides of each, putting our minds at ease. Finally, we approached a damaged backsplash that we could not identify. Scott swiftly identified the material and attempted a quick repair, but it was unfortunately unsuccessful. Nevertheless, he provided excellent advice and product recommendations for the repair. We quickly scheduled a repair date and were delighted with Kevin and Juan, who arrived fully prepared with all necessary equipment and materials. Both gentlemen worked with precision and care, leaving no mess behind. We highly recommend their services, particularly for anyone living in a small space with limited resources! We will certainly use this business again for future projects and strongly recommend it to others.

The team performed well, although there were a few bumps and issues that arose. Nevertheless, the pool house was constructed exceptionally well, with a level of sturdiness that is difficult to come by these days. In addition, they managed to incorporate a new window seamlessly and even salvaged matching wood from the same era. Overall, I would not hesitate to hire them again.
