About
Coaching has been my top passion for many years now, and I've been practicing it since the early 90s. Starting with DISC personality assessments, I've gradually moved into Life & Marriage coaching under the umbrellas of other organizations until 2016. With thousands of coaching hours behind me, I am a certified Life, Marriage, & Pre-Marriage Coach and help in the areas of Planning, Purpose, Conflict Resolution, and Communication. I am also a speaker and presentation coach with 25+ years of coaching in this area.

As a Certified DISC Profile Analyst, I use DISC as a fundamental tool to help people understand themselves and others. One of my recent accomplishments includes becoming a License Ziglar Choose to Win Coach, which allows me to take you through a life-changing process to help you reach your goals. I offer an intense 12-week program called Becoming the Best You, which is tailored to help you get in balance and achieve your goals so that you can leave an amazing legacy.

My Marriage & Pre-Marriage Coaching programs aim to uncover the issues that may be preventing you from enjoying the most fulfilling relationship possible. We start by understanding each other's personality temperaments, learning fundamental communication skills, and then build up to deal with money, family, conflict resolution, and much more. With my experience and resources derived from Scripture, God's discernment, my Psychology degree, and personal experiences, I offer you a comprehensive coaching experience that respects your beliefs and values.

I coach clients from coast to coast via video conferencing, making it convenient for anyone to avail of my services. Additionally, I offer Light Therapy and Healing, and Age Reversal, which is a non-invasive, drug-free wearble patch that harnesses the benefits of light to reverse aging, reduce pain, inflammation, encourage wound healing, and reap the benefits of stem cell reactivation. Stephen was always punctual and well-prepared for the start of each season. During our pre-marital coaching sessions over the course of four seasons, my partner and I enjoyed conversing with him. As someone who has been working in the field for some time, Stephen's approach was refreshingly original, and he had a way of making even the most delicate topics lighthearted and humorous. While his service was highly professional and of great quality, it was not quite what I had anticipated for pre-marital coaching. Although every coach has their own style of helping clients achieve their goals, I found that consistently utilizing stories or examples from prior marriages does not necessarily benefit the client's unique situation and may not apply to the couples at hand. Though Stephen had some great anecdotes, his services weren't precisely what we needed for our pre-marital coaching. However, if one is seeking lived experiences or stories that might relate to their individual circumstances, I highly recommend considering his services.
