To secure a time slot, a 35% deposit of the total cost is required. This will reserve your spot and prevent any overbooking issues.

Cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% refund of your deposit.

• Rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

For home services beyond a 20-mile radius of my location, an additional travel fee of $35 will apply.
