My objective as a birth doula is to offer emotional, educational, and physical assistance prior to, during, and after childbirth. Through our prenatal consultations, we'll personalize a birth plan to ensure that I can give you and your family the most effective support possible throughout this exhilarating period. Throughout labor, I provide unswerving support to the birthing individual and their partner. One to two weeks after giving birth, I will reach out to the new family to go over the most memorable moments (as well as challenges) of the entire process.
