Although he was initially attentive and provided a prompt estimate, his communication thereafter was infrequent. We encountered considerable difficulty trying to establish basic information. If it's so challenging to collaborate with a vendor, it begs questions about his craft and business acumen. It's been two whole weeks and there's no indication of starting date or any relevant information. Moreover, the fact that he isn't responding to client calls or texts is a major concern.
