When they visited my home to address the low water pressure, I informed them that the city had suggested the problem could be with the water softener. They concurred and quoted me $750 to install a bypass for further investigation. However, the following day another plumber arrived and revealed that the bypass was already in place. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue without any unnecessary expenses. Essentially, the first group attempted to charge me for something that had already been done.

Alexander & Clark plumbing's team, consisting of Anthony and Bradley, was highly competent and exhibited professionalism as they visited my property to identify the cause of my home's low water pressure. After investigating thoroughly, they determined that the outdated gate valve was to blame and suggested that it be replaced. The new and improved ball valve not only looks great but is also more user-friendly. As a result of their exceptional work, my water pressure is now back to normal.
