My backyard gathering of 25 people was made even more special thanks to A Family Affair Catering. They prepared and served all the delicious food, and their presence had a huge, positive impact on the event. Despite the scorching hot weather, my guests couldn't get enough of the fabulous menu. From the salmon and string beans to the potato salad, jambalaya, and peach cobbler, everyone raved about the incredible flavors. This was my first time using a caterer, but it certainly won't be my last - even my college-aged daughters were impressed and asked for their card! Recently, Chef Darryl and Linda hosted a magnificent BBQ in our backyard and working with them was exceptional. Before the event, Chef Darryl was extremely responsive, helpful and organized, leaving me confident that everything was covered. On the day of the event, Darryl and Linda were punctual and cooperative in setting everything up. During dinner, all the dishes were presented in an appealing and appetizing way and the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Each dish was beautifully prepared and presented and one of our guests even had three plates full, while the kids loved every bit of it. Being from the south, I had picked A Family Affair for their southern dishes, and I am happy to say that everything was a success. We had starters, three grilled entree options, lots of sides, delicious corn bread, and dessert, with leftovers that even the kids wanted to take on the plane. After it was all done, the team cleaned up thoroughly and left gracefully. The immense love they have for their craft was evident and it showed throughout the evening. Chef Darryl and Linda, thank you for making a special occasion with special friends even more special. We will definitely be back!

For my wife's birthday, I availed the services of A Family Affair Catering and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Chef Darryl was with us every step of the way and assisted us in setting up a gluten-free menu for our friend who has celiac. On the big day, they arrived promptly with the food hot and ready to serve. All our guests were enamored with the dishes and we would definitely hire them again!
