My commitment is to deliver top-quality coaching services and lifestyle modification guidance that is grounded in evidence-based practices to my clients. I have a decade of experience in coaching, and I have been a licensed physical therapist for six years. I am adept at helping clients with aches, pains, and past injuries, thanks to my physical therapy background.One of my passions is educating clients on human movement, fitness principles, and proper nutrition. I aim to teach you the "why" behind each exercise as we move towards boosting your confidence levels while exercising. For me, one of the best parts of my job is watching you grow in confidence and independence.

For more than a year, Cody has been my training partner. He has a wealth of knowledge and is an amiable person in his field. Cody always listens to my objectives and modifies the training style accordingly to help me attain them. When my priority was to gain muscle, he designed workout plans for weightlifting, but when I switched to marathon training, he geared my routine towards preventing injury by working on targeted muscle groups. He also provides insightful nutrition tips to supplement my workouts. Cody's expertise in identifying the benefits of certain exercises, the muscle groups they target, and his emphasis on correct form and posture to avoid injury is exceptional. He emphasizes pushing yourself but not ignoring your limitations. Aside from his excellent training techniques, Cody is approachable and easy to converse with. My previous personal trainer at Northeastern University gym recommended Cody to me when they were leaving the job. I found Cody to be an exceptional personal trainer, even exceeding my experiences with my previous trainer. Cody's enormous variety of exercises and routines stood out to me the most, as they were not the typical exercises seen at the gym. I found myself experiencing new challenges to my body that I hadn't felt before. Despite informing him of my fitness priorities from the beginning, Cody continuously designed new varieties for my workouts. His ability to explain the physiological and biomechanical reasoning behind each exercise was impressive. Additionally, he was personable, entertaining, and a pleasure to talk to. Overall, I was content with letting him challenge me in ways he thought best for my overall health and fitness.
