Greetings! My name is Javier Silva, and I have proudly served in both the Navy and Army for a total of 16 years. I have dedicated over 20 years of my life to public service and believe in the importance of being a public servant.I have been working as a Notary since 2012 and became an Electronic/Remote Notary in 2020. It would be an honor to assist you with any notarization needs you may have, regardless of your location, with the help of Remote Notarization.
For regular notarizations, it is important for every signer and witness to have an unexpired state or federal ID, a pen to share, and may choose to wear masks or maintain a 6-foot distance.
If you require remote notarization, every signer and witness will need an unexpired state or federal ID, access to a computer with document upload/download capabilities, a web camera that can turn 360°, a microphone, and headphones for privacy.
As an ordained minister with Universal Life Church, I am delighted to serve as your wedding officiant. Whether you are planning an elopement, marriage ceremony or rehearsal, I am available to assist in any way, including processing the marriage license to be mailed to the County Clerk, providing guidance on writing vows and adhering to CDC guidelines during the ceremony.
While I am not a licensed psychologist or professional counselor, I can offer Bible-based counseling upon request. May you be blessed by God in all your endeavors.

Working with him was an absolute pleasure. He acted as the officiant for our elopement which we planned to have after flying in from Maryland. He assisted us in finding a suitable location for a small ceremony, provided us with examples of vows, and is facilitating the paperwork on our behalf while we travel back home. Additionally, he recommended some locations to capture pictures from the photographer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are extremely grateful for his assistance.

Our whole family couldn't have been more pleased with Javier as our officiant. He exhibited a high level of professionalism and was incredibly accommodating to our requests. Not only did he put the couple at ease, but he also tailored the ceremony to make it both beautiful and personal to them. His ability to provide exceptional service with minimal notice was invaluable, as our son had only a short leave period. Javier made the couple feel like a member of the family had officiated the ceremony. He even provided guidance on what the couple needed to do next for their journey together, which allowed us to spend the remaining days with our son and new daughter-in-law with the least amount of stress. To facilitate my daughter's college address change, I had to get an affidavit notarized. Since I work remotely, I couldn't spend my time driving around searching for notary services. After conducting an online search and through my neighborhood app, I came across Javier's contact. I contacted him on Thursday, and he confirmed his availability the following day.
