After putting a new roof on my house, I faced a lot of issues and decided to call Summit Roofing. Ian, one of the owners, arrived and conducted a free inspection of the property. He provided me with a price quote for replacing the roof and also examined the front house siding, which had been ruined by the previous roofer. I was relieved to have made the decision to remove the old roof entirely since the previous roofer had done a terrible job. He had put paper over rotting plywood and caused additional damage. Summit Roofing replaced all the rotten wood with quality materials, including new drip edges that the previous roofer had failed to provide. They also took down the front-facing siding and installed a house barrier to protect the house as they worked. They taped out all the windows and expertly installed beautiful board and batten siding. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of their workmanship and service, which were offered at fair prices.
