I absolutely adored my birthday dinner with Chef Sebastian! He exceeded the standards of most restaurants by not only crafting an impressive menu, but also catering to my selective palate (no onions or mushrooms). The duck skin was incredibly crispy, the blood orange liquor sauce was divine, and presentation was impeccable. A mezcal cocktail and lavender strawberries perfectly complemented the dish for an unforgettable experience. Notably, Chef Sebastian's communication and cleanliness post-meal were exceptional. I highly recommend him!
