After less than 20 days, my hard drive crashed, causing me to lose all of my priceless Hawaii vacation pictures. Due to my negligence in backing them up, I had no copies. Thankfully, I was referred to Salvage-data by a local repair shop, and they proved to be efficient and speedy in their services. The service provided by Salvage-data was exemplary, deserving of more stars if possible. Losing data is already a stressful situation, and complications only make it worse. However, my experience with Salvage-data was almost enjoyable, which is quite rare for data recovery. Although it spun up, my Western Digital Passport crashed and became unrecognizable. Upon speaking with a representative on the phone, I sent my drive off for recovery.
