Manny's performance in handling the rodents in my attic was exceptional. Unlike the other company, who tried to sell me unnecessary additional services, Manny accomplished the task promptly and at a significantly lower cost, including a one-year warranty. He is truly remarkable! From now on, I plan to hire him for regular quarterly inspections and fumigation of my property. I would highly recommend his services!

We had an elusive squirrel trapped in the area between our ceiling and the roof, which was out of our reach. Within twenty-four hours, the squirrel had been successfully captured, and Manny promptly removed the trap and sealed the hole.
