I relocated for work and entrusted my property to OneRent for rental purposes. However, their subpar performance and communication skills led me to terminate their services, causing a difficult transition period made worse by their uncooperative behavior. Dana, the founder of Hemlane, was instrumental in handling all my issues with patience and professionalism, ultimately resolving everything. During my rough patch with OneRent, I lost the chance to rent out my place, but Dana managed to find a suitable tenant after three showings.
There are a few forms to fill out and other minor tasks, but these are customary procedures that any landlord would want to be aware of. The process is entirely transparent, and the fees are significantly lower. Dana's vast knowledge and exceptional problem-solving skills make her an excellent property manager.
I am unsure whether OneRent attempted to cheat me or if Hemlane's pricing is reasonable. Nevertheless, after receiving quotes from both OneRent and Hemlane, the latter's price was 40% lower for the same job.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Hemlane for their exceptional services and their unwavering commitment to their clients.
