I possess extensive experience in both interior and exterior painting, along with a diverse range of other construction skills. My expectations for contractors are set high, and I refuse to accept any shortcuts. Additionally, I help friends with their renovation projects. Choosing NCM Painting to paint a friend's house in Santa Clara was my initial encounter with them. We chose them for various reasons, such as Luis' transparency in answering questions that I had about the painting process. He promised to meet with me daily to discuss the progress of the project, which was highly appreciated. Furthermore, they were the only ones who stated that the job included two coats of paint over primer. My interpretation of two coats is that the painters implement the second coat after the first coat has dried appropriately, not just spraying horizontally and vertically while applying the first coat. The NCM Painting team responded quickly to tackle surface preparation difficulties that I marked with blue tape. They surpassed my expectations by addressing several more preparation problems and doing a great job caulking around the newly installed window and door frames. The price-point for NCM Painting wasn't the lowest that I'd received for the job, however, considering the effort they put in of handling all the details and using two coats of paint over primer (which is more resilient than one), I considered the cost to be appropriate. In essence, you get what you pay for! Even though timing wasn't a crucial factor for me, they completed it within the estimated time frame. Furthermore, they kept the job location clean and orderly on a daily basis, and they thoroughly cleaned up at the end. I had a great experience working with Luis and Mayra. Their response rates to messages, even on weekends, were impressive and exceeded my expectations. Luis is a trustworthy individual who cares about the quality of the work he and his team deliver. My friend and his wife were ecstatic with the results and quality of the exterior painting on their Santa Clara home. I would gladly recommend NCM Painting & Construction to anyone.

Our project of building a small, oddly-shaped playhouse in our backyard was executed flawlessly by NCM Painting. After contacting multiple contractors, only a select few responded, but we ultimately decided on NCM due to their transparent pricing and professional bidding process, led by Luis. Despite our tight deadline of 1.5 weeks, they even started a day early and continuously accepted our suggestions throughout the project. Working without a formal architectural design presented challenges in realizing our vision, including modifications such as adding more lights, removing a window, and incorporating cedar sidings unavailable in stores. However, the team went above and beyond to deliver the desired results, paying close attention to intricate details. The end product exceeded our expectations, and it was completed on time and within budget. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our collaboration with NCM and would confidently work with them again for future renovations or additions.

NCM did an outstanding job at our house, with Luis's team working tirelessly to convert our laundry room into a bathroom. The work was finished on schedule and to the highest standard, and their input greatly influenced our decisions and made our home even better. Additionally, they handled the interior and exterior color, resulting in an incredible outcome. We were thrilled with their work and would recommend NCM without hesitation.
