As a PN1, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Pre & Postnatal Coach, my goal is to assist individuals in unlocking their authentic strength and capability through physical activity, nutrition, and daily habits. I believe in a customized approach and refuse to offer cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all solutions. I recognize that every client is different and requires a unique approach to achieve their objectives and live their best lives in every season. My coaching approach involves introducing small modifications to your lifestyle that encourage growth, while avoiding fad diets and instant solutions. I aim to be more than just a coach or nutritionist - I aspire to be a guide to a healthy lifestyle, equipped with an abundance of knowledge and unwavering support. My gym is located in Blaine, but I also offer remote training and coaching services across the United States. All of my clients receive direct access to my easy-to-use app. I am eager to speak with you soon!

Throughout this entire journey, Megan has been an incredible support. It was during the summer season when I stepped on the scale, the first time since the pandemic began, and was utterly disappointed by the numbers flashing on the screen. It was then that I resolved to take charge of my health and fitness. At that moment, I stumbled upon Megan's page, and although we lived miles apart, I knew she was the perfect fit for me. We tailored my macros per my weight loss and nutritional goals, and this experience has taught me that everyone has unique dietary needs. Recommended daily calorie intake of 2000 calories was not suitable for me, and I saw no significant results until my intake was modified. Thanks to these new regulations, I have lost nearly 25lbs and reduced more than 6% of my body fat. Both my visceral and subcutaneous body fats have decreased, and I am halfway towards achieving my ideal self-image. Megan has been a constant source of support, providing me with the necessary tools to build a healthy foundation. She has continuously encouraged me through my slip-ups, bad weeks, nutrition issues, and even my idiosyncrasies. I am confident that taking on Megan as your partner through your fitness or nutrition journey will lead to success. Although, unfortunately, being self-conscious, I do not have any before pictures to share, only ones showing my progress in the middle of the journey.
