He installed a new hose, tested the dryer to ensure it was functioning correctly, and communicated his progress to me during the process. The quality of his service warranted a generous tip, which I happily provided.

The technician exceeded my expectations by not only fixing my dryer, but also tidying up both the interior and exterior of the appliance, and reattaching the disconnected vent. Without hesitation, I would endorse this business to others!
