About
For over 30 years, I have been performing as a harpist at various events in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These include weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, teas, dinner parties, funerals, grand openings, and other special occasions. My diverse repertoire comprises of classical, popular, sacred, ethnic and holiday music. I'm also a trained vocalist and provide this service at no extra cost.The sound of the harp not only has a beautiful effect but also has a calming impact on people. As a versatile instrument, I often surprise my audience by playing unexpected songs such as "Sweet Child of Mine" by Guns 'n Roses, demonstrating that the harp has more range than people often assume.

Unfortunately, I was only able to select three qualities for Laurel, but I would have chosen all of them if I could have! I contacted Laurel at the last minute to add some final touches to my wedding, and she delivered beyond expectations. We finalized everything within 48 hours, and all of her music was stunning. Despite having to relocate her harp at the venue, Laurel remained gracious and made the music portion of my wedding stress-free. Our guests and the venue staff adored her, and some even jokingly threatened to pull out lighters when she played "Sweet Child of Mine."

Our son's wedding was made even more special with Laurel's incredible harp artistry as the backdrop. I wish I could give her a rating of six stars, she was simply AMAZING! Laurel's music was absolutely gorgeous and the fact that she wore a dress in the same color as the bridesmaid was such a lovely touch. She was punctual and stayed until the very end. Laurel was always responsive and an absolute delight to work with!

For my wedding ceremony, I enlisted Laurel as our harpist. Our aim was to support small business owners by hiring them as our wedding vendors, and Laurel was an excellent choice. She arrived punctually and performed beautifully during the ceremony. Finding musicians who could adapt to a garden setting for our outdoor wedding at the Dallas Arboretum was a challenge, but a harpist was a perfect match, and Laurel exceeded our expectations.
