Hi! I'm Akshay Raju, the proprietor and operator of Caveman Fitness, and I take great pleasure in my work. My job enables me to assist individuals of all ages - from athletes to the elderly - to look, feel, and perform better while remaining pain and injury-free!

I strive to educate my clients not solely to help them achieve their personal physical goals but also to assist them in comprehending the science behind them. Everyone possesses an internal athlete, and I'm here to assist you in bringing yours out! To that end, I emphasize the importance of proper form in activating and engaging muscles effectively. Properly executed exercises with appropriate weight far surpass exercises with heavy weights but incorrect form. In addition to showing you various exercises, I will teach you how to perform them correctly to achieve greater outcomes!

I relish every moment of my work, and I am in love with the process. Observing my clients' progress and witnessing them surpass their previous goals is indeed the most fulfilling experience.
