Kirk's conduct at our wedding was extremely unprofessional. He failed to fulfill most of the tasks that I requested of him. He was not punctual and had to rush to complete his responsibilities. To add insult to injury, I had to call him an hour and a half before the ceremony to inquire about his whereabouts. During my grand entrance, he played the incorrect song and made a mess of things. Overall, his performance was a complete disaster. I strongly advise considering other options if you require someone who knows what they are doing. In the attached email, Kirk shifted the blame to me for not having a wedding planner or someone to assist him. However, I hired him to perform a specific task, and his failure to do so cannot be justified by passing the responsibility onto me.
