Isaak definitely deserves a 5-star rating! I am thoroughly impressed with his services. He promptly responded to my Friday night emergency and was at my doorstep by 8am to fix a water pressure regulator. Ishmael was able to assist me with a last-minute water heater repair. Despite it being a long weekend with most businesses closed, he responded promptly and arrived within 30 minutes. Initially, I believed a simple repair was necessary but Ishmael swiftly identified that a replacement was required as the heater was actually broken. Additionally, he noticed that my water pressure was dangerously high at approximately 100. Impressed with his service, I immediately hired Ishmael and he began working on the job. In just three hours, he installed a new Rheem water heater with a warranty of nine years. He also made sure to adjust my water pressure before concluding the project. I would highly recommend Terrific Drains and Plumbing and will definitely use their services again.
