I am impressed with their professionalism. If only we had contacted them initially to repair the gate opener! Their courteous demeanor and first attempt at fixing the machine instead of pushing for a replacement further enhanced their credibility. Moreover, their offer to pro-rate a new machine utilizing the service charge is commendable. I am positive that I will rely on their services in the future.
