Twice, there was no sign of appearance.

Please provide me with another person as the company you arranged to send, claimed that they are not operating within my vicinity and did not show up. I am highly dissatisfied with your service and would not refer you to anyone!!!

My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, January 19th at 4:30 PM. However, the service provider messaged me at 3:11 PM on the same day to inform me that he had been exposed to a COVID-19 positive customer and had to isolate, leading to the cancellation of our appointment. When I asked for an estimated timeline, I received no response. On Sunday, I reached out to the service provider to inquire about the new appointment date, which he confirmed would be Monday, January 24th at 5:00 PM. However, he messaged me on Monday at 3:07 PM to cancel again, citing inclement weather, and requested to reschedule for Tuesday at the same time. On Tuesday at 5:19 PM, I messaged him to confirm his arrival, but he replied that he had already come and rang our doorbell multiple times before leaving. However, neither my wife nor I heard the doorbell, and he did not attempt to knock, even though we were expecting him. I messaged him to reschedule or come back, given that he was nearby, but did not receive a response. As a result of this miscommunication, I was inconvenienced for over a week and a half, and I cannot rate his work since he was unable to provide the service.

The installation of a new part on my dishwasher was done excellently.
