Allan Kaddu is the immigration lawyer you need who truly CARES about your case and not just about money. Hiring him will be the best decision you make. I regret not seeking his counsel sooner, as Allan didn't even charge me for my consultation and helped me retrieve my lost I-94 instead of pressuring me into filing an I-102 and paying unnecessary attorney fees. He expertly discussed the timeline for the I-102 versus the FOIA request and advised me on the best route to take for my AOS status, without any mention of compensation or pressuring me to sign a retainer agreement. This is in stark contrast to other lawyers who try to force you into signing an exorbitant retainer agreement, not to mention the additional form fees.
