Greetings and a warm welcome to my holistic wellness practice. My aim is to help my clients combat the physical and emotional tolls of daily stress and past traumas through yoga, meditation, and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE).

My areas of expertise include yoga and meditation instruction for beginners, groups, and corporate wellness programs. I am equipped to provide yoga mats and props as needed.

For corporate clients, I offer on-site classes, virtual one-time sessions or membership programs to decrease burnout, anxiety, stress, and provide specialized ergonomic corrective exercise routines.

I also offer my wellness classes for private events, health fairs, day retreats, and small groups.

In addition, I teach TRE as a safe and innovative practice to release stress, tension, and trauma from the body. My individual or group TRE sessions involve a sequence of gentle exercises, which activate a shaking or vibrating mechanism in the muscles to restore balance to the nervous system. With one or two sessions, you will have the lifelong tool to practice TRE on your own.

My experience lies in teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade, practicing Recreation Therapy for 7 years, and teaching TRE for 4 years.

Hannah's performance was exemplary. In our exclusive gathering, she arrived equipped with all the necessary apparatus. She customized the yoga meditation to enable all of us to partake. Our assembly had a span of ages from 39 to 52 and had different levels of proficiency. When it ended, we felt tranquil and rejuvenated. Thank you, Hannah! We will undoubtedly repeat this experience.

My time spent at Hannah's healing house was truly enjoyable. I was introduced to various meditation styles and gained a deeper understanding of the practice. Attending her classes allowed me to achieve a peaceful state of mind, reducing my stress and overthinking habits while teaching me how to live in the present moment. Additionally, the inner child meditations helped me learn more about myself. Throughout our sessions, Hannah was not only a mentor; she also became a dear friend.
