Jeff Butler is a workplace strategist and author who delves into human behavior within the work sphere. His expertise encompasses over 40 industries across four continents, exploring how cultures and employees interact with one another. He has studied shared patterns of conduct in industries ranging from IT professionals and underground utility workers to police officers and clothing retail chains. He has also worked with renowned companies such as Amazon, Google, John Deere, and Coldwell Banker. As both a practitioner and a researcher, he runs a consulting and tech firm - TrinityFix, where he can test his theories across diverse workplaces. His ideas have been featured twice on TEDx, and have appeared in numerous media outlets, including two books on human behavior: The Authentic Workplace and The Key To The New You. Currently, he resides in Dallas, Texas, as a Californian who feels a little out of place.
