For more than two decades, I've been engaged in constructing and mending computers. My specific focus is on eliminating viruses and malware from Windows-based desktops and laptops. Should you prefer, I can also create custom desktop systems to your precise specifications - I'm convinced a custom-built computer is often superior to a branded one. Lastly, I can provide pertinent advice on maintaining the security of my clients' computer(s).My predilection for supporting others is my top priority! Educating people on the nuts and bolts of computers is a personal passion. On a professional level, I take pleasure in mending and upgrading computers as well.

With regards to my printer problem, Ken proved to be extremely helpful. Eventually, after careful deliberation, we mutually arrived at the conclusion that fixing it would not be worthwhile since the expense for repair would probably surpass the cost of purchasing a new one. Ken was obliging enough to provide me with guidance over the phone, and he did not demand any payment from me.

If you encounter any difficulty, contact Ken! I had a problem with identity theft, and Ken diligently examined my computer for two days, including the weekends, to pinpoint the issue. Although he offered to do more, I declined, even though he wouldn't have charged me extra. His charges were quite affordable, and he didn't bill me for research time when he didn't know something. His investigation provided me with greater peace of mind concerning my predicament. Thanks to Ken, my computer now operates more quickly!
