Our Philosophy: Studio Nor Design strives to make the design process both comprehensible and enjoyable. Meet Matt: Building long-lasting relationships with homeowners, developers, realtors, and other building professionals is the heart of our company, which Matt, our experienced designer, values most. Boasting over 11 years of expertise in commercial and residential design and holding a Master of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University, Matt has secured several design awards, including the esteemed Peter F. Mackenzie Award for outstanding thesis.

We assigned Matt and his team to complete a fast draft request for our 3,800 sq ft renovation. Within 30 minutes of posting our project, he contacted us proactively and spent 2 hours walking through the site on the same day. He provided the initial drawings in just 36 hours. His team coordinated with our requirements, responding within 24 hours to each requested change, and returned with revisions in the next week. The final plans were available for permitting in only 9 days after the initial project post, which was impressive. We were pleasantly surprised by the project's cost, making it an excellent value, especially given the urgency. We highly recommend Matt's team!
