The worker assured me that the job would be completed on 7/3, despite informing me the day before that his crew had gone on vacation without his knowledge, right before my scheduled job. I hired my son and his friend to assist, but the task remained unfinished. I expected him to come back early the next day to finish before my party, as my backyard was a messy mud pit since the pool installation, making it unsuitable for humans and pets alike. Assuming that he'd return on the 5th, I contacted him, but he failed to show up. Afterward, he promised to come back to finish the job, but he showed up unannounced and later than expected and failed to put the sprinkler on the fresh sod, even when I wasn't home. I lost his number, and he hasn't contacted me for payment. I've had many problems with small businesses on this site recently, and although I hate to give him one star, the overall experience was terrible. Additional photos could have been included, but I think these are enough to convey the message.

Luke's company deserves a resounding 5-star rating for their exceptional job of fixing my front lawn mess. I will wholeheartedly recommend them time and again.

Be cautious of this company as Luke, their representative, may mislead customers by stating that their charge is $25 per hour without specifying that it is per person. He may claim that the job would take 9 hours to complete but fails to deliver on what has been agreed upon. At the end of the job, the invoice would reflect $25 per hour per person, even though 2 people were supposed to complete it. I regret hiring Luke as he did not provide accurate details about the pricing and failed to finish the job as planned. It would have been more worthwhile to pay a company with transparent billing procedures. I have had experiences with other companies that have sent more people without charging extra for each person. I will not consider hiring this company in the future.

Luke was exceedingly professional and polite in their work, which was done well. However, we were taken aback when we discovered what seemed to be hidden expenses at the end of the project. We were charged 1.5 hours of labor for "travel time" to handle a relatively small amount of yard waste, in addition to the previously agreed upon $22.00 disposal fee.
