The service provided was very disappointing. I had sent the iPad for repairing the LCD but the technician replaced a perfectly fine screen with a cheaper and inferior brand screen, which has already shattered twice. Additionally, he charged me for both the screen and LCD replacement without my consent. He had promised a three-year warranty but when I reached out to him for a replacement and repair, he stopped responding. This iPad belongs to my two-year-old daughter and the situation has caused a lot of trouble and frustration for both of us.

He was amazing! The fact that he was mobile made it incredibly convenient. He fixed two 3rd generation iPad Airs for me and was very prompt and understanding. Since I work from home and attend many meetings throughout the day, my communication was restricted in some ways, but he was patient and friendly. His services are worth every penny, and I cannot express my gratitude enough!
