In all of her work, Olivia demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Her work was of excellent quality and she displayed great versatility by working with plumbing, electrical needs, windows, ceilings, walls, and bathrooms. Despite delivering work that was of high-quality and within the cost estimate, her rates were still very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied with her work and would definitely engage her services again for any future home repair or remodeling work.

With her hardworking, honest, and kind nature, Olivia truly impressed me with her exceptional job of fixing my bathroom that was previously a disaster. She puts a tremendous amount of effort and attention into every detail, especially when it comes to grouting, electrical, mirror, and vanity installation. I was most impressed by her leveling and smoothing out of my walls, which was one of my biggest concerns. Despite the presence of numerous non-standard bathroom items, Olivia leveraged her contacts to find solutions to even the most challenging issues. Moreover, my dog, who is typically unfriendly to other workers, quickly became friends with Olivia.

Olivia is truly remarkable! I entrusted her with the installation of two ceiling fans, three pendant lights, and a bidet, all of which presented difficulties owing to my aging residence, constructed in 1953. The undertaking, which should have required six or seven hours, extended to two full days. However, Olivia persevered without relinquishing her admirable demeanor and unyielding professionalism. I certainly intend to engage her services anew, albeit on the condition that she pre-inspects any items I propose for installation.

Olivia is incredibly skilled. She effortlessly handled all of the household problems, no matter how big or small they were. Thanks to her expertise, my outdated and corroded medicine cabinets now look as good as new, sparing me the cost of purchasing new ones. Moreover, she worked her magic on all of the standard mirrors in my washrooms by framing them beautifully, giving them a high-end appearance that is unique. It was truly a pleasure to collaborate with her, and I wholeheartedly endorse her services!

Although she spent additional time and utilized extra materials to complete my skylight build-out, she did not overcharge me from the original estimate. I am thrilled with the final result and will absolutely employ her for future endeavors.
