Over the course of six weeks, I worked with Kat and put in the effort to lose 10 pounds. But Kat's services extend far beyond just the number on the scale. Although I wasn't completely "shredded" in that short amount of time, I did feel stronger and leaner with more energy, and overall, I felt better. Kat is an exceptional trainer because she recognizes the unique needs of each individual. She takes the time to break down and demonstrate each exercise and tailor routines to meet specific goals. She's not afraid to make adjustments if something isn't working. Throughout my training, I never felt pressured or overworked, and I never experienced overwhelming soreness. Instead, each time I was sore, I felt a sense of accomplishment knowing that I was improving. Kat never judged me for making mistakes and instead, helped me recognize even the smallest successes. Weekly check-ins helped me track my progress, even during weeks when I wasn't losing weight on the scale. Since September, I have been collaborating with Kat. At the beginning of our partnership, I struggled to climb a flight of stairs due to my dilated Cardiomyopathy, which necessitated my inclusion on a heart transplant list. However, after working with Kat for a brief period, I was removed from the transplant list and experienced a reduction in the quantity of medication I needed to take. Despite not enjoying exercise, Kat's approachable and challenging approach to fitness made it enjoyable. In addition, she aided me in improving my bad back and taught me about proper nutrition. I can now ascend multiple flights of stairs and even use the treadmill post-workout. Kat is an excellent trainer, and I have learned a great deal from her. She essentially saved my life.
