They were able to locate working, used parts, in spite of warning that such parts were unavailable. Though I had to drive to a different city in heavy traffic, it was worth it. They gave me hope again in a situation where I had none. When I went to pick up the printer, I brought in some old laptops for repair after years of storage in my house. They were incredibly knowledgeable, upfront with prices and expectations. I recommend them to anyone needing any tech-related services.
