Our family-owned company, based in Mead, Washington, is a bonded, licensed, and insured general contractor. We provide project management services for your entire home build, delivering quality work at a fair price. Our services include home remodeling, construction, painting, decks, and much more. With over 20 years of experience, we have a lot more pictures of our work on our Facebook page. However, due to our busy schedule, we cannot upload all pictures, and we do not hire someone to do it in order to keep our labor costs down for future clients.We focus on one job at a time, ensuring that we do it right the first time. We stand behind our work and offer both an hourly rate and materials cost for our services.

My venmo payment was accepted by an individual who failed to show up and is unresponsive to my text messages. Despite repeatedly assuring me that they would complete the task, they never followed through. While I acknowledge that this is not their usual service area, we had agreed on a price, I made a deposit, and we had arranged several service dates. I suggest looking for someone else to fulfill this task.

We hired Doug to undertake a partial bathroom renovation that involved demolishing walls, installing fresh flooring, a new vanity, and other necessary improvements, and we're extremely pleased with the final result. The craftsmanship is of high quality!

Many spots were overlooked during the painting process. Additionally, there were instances where paint was mistakenly applied to areas that were not meant to be painted, and there were also several paint drips on my outdoor furniture and patio. While the painters were friendly, they appeared to be preoccupied.
