The assigned task remained incomplete as I lost touch with the contractor. Due to the urgency of the task, I was forced to find an alternative solution.

The owner rescheduled our appointment multiple times and then failed to show up for the estimate, which had been rescheduled by them. Despite receiving several messages, we received no response and were simply ignored. We had cleared our schedule for the appointed time and date, which they had agreed on after multiple reschedulings, but they failed to show up without any explanation or apology. We are extremely disappointed.

My experience with Hawtin Family Lawn Care was exceptional! Their work was astounding, quick, and stunning. I would gladly enlist their services again for any prospective work.

Avoid these landscapers! They provided a terrible service, installing brown, dry, and dead sod on my property before disappearing. They displayed no integrity, consideration, or business ethics and took my money without delivering on their promises. I strongly advise against hiring them to avoid throwing away your hard-earned money. Brian was the individual who came to install the sod in the front yard. However, upon inspection, I noticed that 1/3 of the sod was brown and matted, even on the day of installation. Brian reassured me that with watering, the grass would soon regain its healthy green appearance. Yet, after eight weeks, the grass remains dead and brown. I reached out to Brian to voice my concerns and he promised to replace the dead sod. Despite my numerous calls and text messages, Brian has failed to respond or honor his word. I am deeply disappointed and have received no resolution to my complaint.

Hawtin Family Lawncare provided exceptional service, achieving beyond our expectations. The team effectively addressed the mud pit underneath our deck, despite the limited clearance, through soil grading and river rock cover. Brian was prompt and reasonable with his pricing, displaying great responsiveness. Communication was prompt and professional. In summary, we highly recommend Hawtin Family Lawncare for all your landscaping requirements.
