Keith efficiently fulfilled my needs without requiring much follow up or supervision. He demonstrated prompt execution upon understanding the job requirements and offered a very reasonable bid. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with his responsiveness and timeliness. Thank you, Keith. However, during the process of taking down the garage, Keith accidentally miscalculated the direction in which the remaining structure would fall, causing it to collapse onto the chain link fence and cause it damage. Although Keith assured me that he would return to repair the fence, he has yet to do so. As a result, I believe that my initial review of Keith needs to be amended.

I required a garage to be demolished and received bids from a few contractors, but Keith's bid stood out as it encompassed everything I needed and also accommodated my request to retain some of the materials. What I admired most was that there were no hidden expenses involved. Although the job took longer than their initial estimation, Keith's crew finally accomplished it. They also demonstrated their praiseworthy qualities by observing that the lower portion of the garage was a retaining wall and suggested that I retain it to manage the problem of erosion. They even provided me with guidance on how to decorate the remaining part. In short, it was an incredible experience!
