Upon availing the services of water restoration, we discovered Rivera's Fine Flooring through CrackerJack. Javier was quick to respond, following which Pablo provided us with an affordable and fair quote a few days later. Despite having the option to source our own product, we chose to work with Rivera's Fine Flooring as they offered the best quality and value. Once we finalized our flooring choice, Javier sent us a sizable sample the very next day. We reached out on a Friday and the River's Fine Flooring team completed our floor levelling and installation with utmost efficiency over the weekend. Our quote included the flooring itself, and we ended up choosing the Gaia white series impala LVP. After deciding to work with them and putting down a deposit, our flooring was installed the same week by three polite employees. Our 600sqft total for two rooms was installed beautifully along with the new baseboards on the same day! Rivera's is a professional company with fair pricing and great employees that made our experience stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their flooring.

Working with Javier was an excellent experience. He promptly responded and excellently installed 600 sqft of engineered hardwood floor, and his pricing was transparent. The installation process was inclusive of removing a previously glued engineered floor, leveling the surface, and replacing the baseboards. Javier's work was outstanding, and I highly recommend him.
