Despite the representative being punctual and polite, the information he provided about my system was inaccurate. He erroneously stated that my system was much older than it actually is and failed to inspect the unit in the attic, where the actual issue was located. Consequently, the cleaning service I paid for was unhelpful. Regrettably, such experiences have become commonplace for me.

Excel Air's Mauricio provided superb service by replacing my AC unit. He was prompt in responding to my request and examined the issue the following day. He also replaced my unit at the same time. When I faced further concerns, he returned the following day to further assess and replace the additional equipment. I would highly recommend him for all your AC needs.

Mauricio provided replacements for a few of my units that required it, and did so at a reasonable rate. He displays humility, honesty, and a strong work ethic, and treats me like a member of his own family. He never attempts to overcharge me, and takes notice of minor details that may cause issues down the line, swiftly addressing them with excellent maintenance. As a result, I plan to entrust this company with many more of my units.

Thanks to the expertise of Excel and Maui, my A/C unit is now functioning perfectly, allowing me to once again relish the cozy confines of my home. Both of these professionals were extremely transparent and helpful throughout the process, guiding me effortlessly through what needed to be done. Working with them was an absolute pleasure.
