Running and occasionally overflowing toilets have been a persistent issue for me for two and a half years. Despite the attempts of three previous plumbers, none of them was able to solve the problem. I replaced three toilets across three bathrooms, yet the issue continued to plague me.
Upon mentioning the problem to John, he suggested that the cause could be a pressure issue. After measuring the pressure, he confirmed that it was hovering just above 110 and installed a water pressure gauge at the intake of my home, reducing it to 80.
Since then, my toilets have stopped running or overflowing, and I have seen a substantial decrease in my water bills. Whereas my bills had previously been between $140-160 for two years, my first bill after John installed the gauge was $114, followed by a full bill of $108.
John is a skilled professional who truly listens to his clients. His work ethic and dedication make him an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want exceptional quality work done right the first time, John is undoubtedly the right person for the job.
