While browsing the internet for providers of outdoor BBQ islands, I stumbled upon Viking Paver. Upon submitting an inquiry, Karen promptly responded and came for an on-site visit. With an existing plan for the island, Karen swiftly arranged for a quotation with a skilled fabricator, who began work even before I signed the agreement! Communication between Karen, the fabricator, and myself was prompt and effective, and the final product was completed according to the agreed-upon schedule, with the exception of a delay caused by a shortage of stainless steel doors and drawers. Overall, I am thrilled with the end result and the pricing.

Upon meeting Karen from Viking Pavers, I was thoroughly impressed by how she effortlessly provided me with a quote. This stood in contrast to my experience with another paver company, who have yet to provide me with a quote. When the project commenced, Gustavo, the Project Manager, kept the crew updated throughout its duration. While an issue with sinking in one area arose a few months later, Viking Pavers promptly addressed and resolved it. I highly recommend both Viking Pavers and Karen.

We decided to upgrade our unsatisfactory ‘patio’ made of gravel and weed with durable pavers. Initially, we consulted a landscaper who was pushy and continuously attempted to sell us unnecessary upgrades. Subsequently, we inquired with a gardener who offered a low-cost installation service, given that we bought the pavers ourselves. However, we eventually found the best candidate, Sophie from Viking Pavers, who is a veteran in her profession. Sophie explained the advantages of collaborating with an experienced paved company which warranted a lifetime guarantee. She took command of the project and completed it in a few days, producing an attractive outcome. A significant thank you to Sophie and Viking Pavers for a job excellently done!
