I incorporate Theravadan Buddhist teachings in Mindfulness and Meditation to aid in understanding one's mind and the reality of our world. These practices promote a more serene and content life, and have been utilized effectively for over 2,500 years. My approach is practical, and offers daily techniques to improve one's wellbeing.
