For more than 8 years, I've been coaching clients and I've had the pleasure of working alongside diverse clients in various environments. My primary focus is on functional exercise. My philosophy emphasizes the importance of laying a solid groundwork that will benefit you for the entirety of your life. In the context of fitness, having a strong foundation implies being able to carry out everyday movements with ease and without any pain- this is achievable once your body has the necessary support. I always encourage my clients to work on strengthening their support muscles, which in turn helps to shield their knees, back, and shoulders. With Greg as our personal trainer, my wife and I have a phenomenal training experience twice a week. Although each session is strenuous, we thoroughly enjoy them. Since the birth of our daughter, we struggled with maintaining a consistent workout routine, but Greg has effortlessly helped us get back on track. His workout routines are challenging yet leave us feeling great and energized without any ache or fatigue the following day. For almost three years, I have intermittently worked with Greg. Recently, I restarted my training with him through FITT for Change on February 10th, 2020, just before the world was plunged into quarantine due to the pandemic. Despite facing numerous obstacles and my tendency to procrastinate, I have successfully lost exactly 20.2 lbs within just three months and a day of training with him. Greg has been an excellent coach, readily available to answer my every question through texts, calls, emails or messages. He has aided me in comprehending how my body works, including my organs and nutrients, muscles, fibers and tendons, and which nutrients are essential for my body. Although the price of his training might be a bit steep, it is justified, given that I can now do several things that I could not have achieved since 2010.
