Working with Marcio was an exceptional experience. From our first consultation to the project's completion, he consistently amazed and delighted us. He was always very prompt in responding to any questions we had, provided us with numerous insightful suggestions, and exceeded our expectations to ensure that our project turned out flawlessly. For instance, we were unable to find a doorway reducer that would fit our sliding door, and he volunteered to create, stain, and install a custom-made one for us - it was an immense relief to have him handle this, and the final product was perfect. Moreover, when the floor was prepped and ready for staining, he recommended that we reconsider the initial natural stain color we chose. Considering the floor's many flaws, such as several nails in a high-traffic area that previous owners had installed, he was concerned that they would be noticeably highlighted - we changed the stain color, and the finished look was stunning - the flaws blended in seamlessly and are now unnoticeable. Without any hesitation, we enthusiastically recommend Marcio - he is without a doubt one of the best!

Working with Marcio was a pleasure as he made everything seamless. Despite my mistake in flooring selection, he promptly scheduled my small area and accompanied me to the store to purchase the right materials. Marcio even suggested an alternative option when he noticed some water-related concerns. Upon completion of the sale of our property (with the furniture having been removed), we discovered that the floor was in an extremely dilapidated state. By Friday, he began servicing the floors (even working through the weekend), in order to complete the task before other contractors arrived. Furthermore, he took it upon himself to fix two of the broken stair steps. Marcio was keen on assisting us in the selection of colors and finishes, while exhibiting a great deal of patience and thoroughness. We highly recommend him!
