In our first consultation, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation to develop a personalized Nutrition Prescription based on your objectives. Post your initial consultation, we work together to create your first weekly plan tailored to your taste buds. You receive customized weekly meal plans with straightforward recipes and regular follow-up sessions to track your progress.
Our meal plans include:
• 30-minute Initial Consultation: We discuss your current eating habits, goals, timeline, and specific requirements.
• 20-Minute Review and Editing: Together, we exchange recipes, include/exclude foods, and make the necessary adjustments.
• Personalized Recipes for Daily Meals: A detailed prep guide for easy meal planning.
• Grocery List Based on Weekly Meals: Effortless printing or downloading on your phone.
• Comprehensive Calorie, Macronutrient, and Micronutrient information: To impart proficiency and education.
• Regular Communication Including Check-ins, Plan Updates, and Frequently Scheduled Consultations: A roadmap to your victory.
Pricing:
First consultation- $100 (inclusive of the first meal plan)
Weekly or bi-weekly Meal Plans- $30/wk
