Wow! I am impressed with her incredible professionalism and politeness. Her excellent work is beyond words. Even though I had to make a last-minute booking, she proved to be very flexible and responsive, which made me worry-free. Her valuable service is worth the price, and I would gladly utilize it again, as well as recommend her to others.

She is extremely committed and dives straight into her work. She meticulously arranged everything and efficiently packed everything. The movers were impressed by the way she packed and noticed that her boxes were perfectly packed, without being overly heavy.

Although the communication was occasionally difficult, Tiffany's cleaning service was exceptional. I highly recommend it. On the downside, Tiffany initially requested a holding fee of $87, but later complained that other clients paid the full $350 before any work was done. This was not a formal request, just a venting of her frustration that typically full payment is made before completion of move-out cleaning jobs due to lack of a forwarding address. If expectations had been clarified beforehand, this issue could have been avoided. Tiffany also claimed that she only offers move-out cleaning, which contradicts her earlier frustration about needing an address. This indicates that managing move-out cleaning jobs may be new for her and may have contributed to communication struggles. Tiffany complained about the time it took to provide photographic proof of her work and to communicate with the client through multiple channels. Using three contact points caused delays, which Tiffany attributed to impeding her cleaning process. Despite these hiccups, Tiffany completed the cleaning within the originally quoted time and left the house spotless, even cleaning the appliances. Overall, Tiffany did an excellent job cleaning, and with more experience, she will likely improve her client management and communication.

Absolutely worth the investment!!! Exceptionally skilled and proficient!! I am eagerly anticipating collaborating with her once more down the line! Specifically, I procured her services for the "moving out" cleaning, and she simplified my existence to a great extent!

Tiffany is absolutely marvelous. She went to great lengths to unpack my plethora of boxes. She arranged the belongings in a manner that I could easily access them. Her efforts exceeded my expectations. She is extremely amiable and supportive. She is completely reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to employ her once more.
